Tabletop-Exercise

We develop standardized or customized tabletop exercise scenarios and conduct them on-site with an experienced facilitator who coordinates the entire process. Interactive surveys actively engage participants throughout the exercise. Afterwards, you receive a comprehensive evaluation, including certificates, as well as an individual report highlighting identified weaknesses and concrete opportunities for improvement.

Preparation: Creation of the tabletop exercise according to the customer’s requirements (scope, time budget, participants, etc.)
On-site execution: Introduction, alignment of expectations, execution of the tabletop exercise, and feedback session
Follow-up: Preparation of the After-Action Report and participation certificates
Debriefing: Review and discussion of the results
